Place is very nice. Nice amenities. The ground maintenance crews do a wonderful job keeping up with the grounds. Lots of oak trees everywhere but they are always there to pick the leaves up. Nice place to live.

Moving in here was the most amazing experience. From start to finish the ladies in the office helped me every step of the way. Amanda the leasing consultant answered all of my questions! Maintenance is awesome and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have lived here for 6 months and love it. The carpet and flooring are all new, the walls are very nicely painted, and there's plenty of room for my office, TV area, and a 5-piece dining set. The bedroom are spacious and each has a private bathroom. The pool is very nice. They keep it very clean and the water is crystal clear. There is a trash facility housed in a building with a huge compactor and an area for recycling large objects. Landscaping is well kept, and the buildings are all on a reasonable painting and cleaning cycle. Apartments come with a washer and dryer in a laundry room right next to the kitchen. The Cypress Gardens area has lots of very good shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. The people are friendly. The staff is very cordial and helpful. They have always responded within a day for repairs. Pets are allowed for a fee and the entrance is gated for security. I love it here.
