Nice small park on a beautiful lake. However Cypress Gardens Road very busy during 8am-7pm. Making it noisy during the day.

It is a very quiet community 55+ . We helped mother move in and The park gave them a good welcome. There is a fishing dock where you can fish on . They have monthly get together at the club house.

This is a 50+ mobile homes recidencial area very clean, properly managed. Great activities, has a ramp for swamp/lake boats.. just 20 minutes walking distance away from Legoland. 👍 You need to be a resident or knows someone there to be in the area.

Lot rent is $545 per month. Includes trash (Dumpster) and lawn care. I think maybe water too.
