Yes not west side
Yes they allow carts ,bicycles they have miniature golf , pools shuffleboard lots of activities in the senior activity center music nights and community get-togethers. Most of all a beautiful lake that you can also ride your golf cart half way around.
No rentals at this time. All homes are privately owned, owners may sublease.
