Of all the places my company does flooring Installation I have enjoyed the people here the most. Everyone is very friendly and down to Earth. Park is kept very clean. I like dogs and everyone here has a dog or 2 so you know they are ok lol

It's a 55+ park and the tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is a dock for fishing, a clubhouse, shuffleboard courts but no pool. Lots of activities during the week.

Yes, not sure of the limit, but there are several pets in the neighborhood.
