Less and less happy with HD. I can understand labor shortages but it’s like they’re not even trying anymore. Store is constantly clogged not with customers but restocking, closing off entire aisles. Some employees look like street people and don’t know a damned thing; even how to navigate the store. Really disappointing.

Keeping Up With The Eliases

The only reason I am now giving this store 1 star is the fact they have now locked up the spray paint. Customers have to wait for the nicest man (I always see him there) to finish helping other customers get paint mixed while trying to find time to unlock the cabinets. A camera monitoring system would be more efficient for employee time efficiency and customers to be able to come and go. Most people do not have the time to sit and wait. Makes me want to get my paint up the street from Lowes now. Remove the gates and put cameras up like you do by the drill bits. This made me sad to see today. I come too frequently for this gate system as I am sure others do as well.

Worst service ever in returns I purchased a round seat days earlier through self check out. unfortunately I No longer have that bank card. I simply wanted to exchange for the elongated seat. The cashier said no as of august 1 I can’t do that however I went in to the Stanford ranch location last month got store credit and grabbed the correct item. This is absolute non sense. I will no longer buy anything from Home Depot.

I visited the Lincoln, CA location for home items. I was blessed to receive excellent, superior, professional, friendly and helpful service from Eric in the paint dept. and Selena at the self checkout. Both of these individuals went above and beyond in their assistance in helping me. Also it was refreshing to sense that both of these employees genuinely displayed a happiness to be there and assist me as a customer. I am grateful for your service and appreciate you being there thru Covid!
