Love this place! Ive been here a few times for gravel, rock, flagstone and is now my go-to for landscaping supplies . Friendly staff and will help load your vehicle . I have been to other places like this and you have to wonder around the yard to find your supplies , but here , I would say just about everthing is displayed nicely in the front office/lobby area. I would give this company ten stars if I could. There was a mix up in our rock order on the day before we were having it installed. The delivery on the order was made and it was noted that the color of the cobble was in gray tones and the smaller rock was in brown and gold tones. I arrived at Rock Pros at 10:45 to find out what happened. I met Pete who looked up the order and then walked with me to show me what it all looked like. Something was lost in translation. He graciously said they would make it right. Pete took me to the pile of rock that I needed. It was large and small rocks mixed. Since I needed medium sized rocks he said I could hand pick them. So I did. Anyway I started. He brought a huge bin so I could put them in. He started helping me. He went way and above making this right. They were delivered by 2:30. We can continue with the installation today as planned. He didn’t even waived the delivery charge. Now that’s a great business. They certainly will have mine in the future! Many thanks Pete.

This place is by far the best place to purchase landscape material and rock, made some adjustments when our rock wasn't available and made it work! Great experience.

After having 10 yards of bark delivered, and being very happy with it. we decided to use this same company for a delivery of rock. Ours was a small amount 1/2 yard of their 4x8 cobble (5x8 on the website). We were to use this for a boarder on our river bed in the back yard. We looked at the pictures online and decided, based on the pictures, this was the rock size we needed. What was delivered was a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY! What they dumped on our street was severely broken and either much larger or much smaller than what was depicted on their website. We are left with a huge pile of small (2-3 inch) and large (9-18 inch) broken rocks that we cannot use. I have made several attempts asking them correct the issue but they are unwilling to do anything. Today Virginia told me to "We are not going to do anything. Have a nice life!" We are elderly and left with a huge pile of junk rock that we can neither move or use! TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
