I have always chosen Labcorp as my preferred lab. Today ( Thursday) I went there to get a lab test. I did not have am appointment this time. I arrived around 2:55 pm. The door was locked. 2 Others waiting also. We knocked and a lady came to the door to tell us they were closed. Your information on your hours in ocala fl at the 17th st location says you are open 24 hour a day???

The ONLY reason I gave a star is to leave the review but this lab corp is very unprofessional! Locking the doors before closing hours and telling walk-in patients that they don’t do drug test until after 12:30 and when the lady gets in she has 5 people ahead of me and that they won’t be able to get to me today is some foolishness! IT’S A WALK IN LAB CLINIC! I would have preferred her to tell me that I’m not the right type of patient!

I got appointment for test . The lab corp assignmed me at 11:59 I went 10 minutes early The guy said come back at 12:30 And literally he came back to me and lock the door right after i just exit . Which is rude . Thanks labcorp for ur rude customer service It is urweb issues that schedule me right at ur lunch time . Next time . I will avoid such bad place .
