Why is it when you call the number listed for this address in Ocala Florida on 3rd Ct. the recording says they are located in Olympia Washington??? Stupidest thing I've ever heard. You can a local phone number and the recording is based in a state across the country!!! Quest labs are the worst......

This place is HORRIBLE! Staff are rude and very unprofessional. You have staff cussing up a storm while having patients in house. They probably can’t keep good help because of how rude they are.

Do it through their app, that is the best way.
You should call UHC they have so many different types of health insurance plans sold. Many companies/dr offices/ radiology facilities/labs etc, are willing to accept your insurance payment but you insurance must be willing to pay them, this is especially true with an HMO. If hmo you must use network providers in most cases. So call member service as you don't want to get a bill.
They should cover testing.
