I have an elderly mom who can not drive & she needed lab work after seeing her Dr earlier that day. When we got there an hour before they close (3:30pm) there were no other appointments in front of us. Just one other walk in in front of us. They refused to see both parties that were in as a walk in & didn’t bother to tell us until close to 3:30 after making a couple of inquiries when they would be seen. This is the worse QUEST & the manager’s name is Tammy Lopez. I even put in a complaint with the corporate office with no response which I will continue to do until I get an answer back. Very bad service on the Manager’s fault even the young man who I talked tried his best for both parties to be seen since I was only in town for the day. Why stay open until 3:30 if they are not willing to see anyone with no appointments scheduled for that last hour.

Staff members are extremely rude arrived to my appointment on time for my glucose test fasting and just because they didn't receive my document through fax fast enough and supposably didn't receive it on time they canceled my appointment and neglected me from getting seen the same day even when I was willing to wait if I had too very unprofessional one of the phlebotomist was more worried about her lunch break when they could of accommodated me and still helped me instead of rejecting my appointment those are the exact reasons why I schedule appointments ahead of time I will no longer be going to to quest anymore
