Not only rude but makes you wait outside during Covid as I could not stand and wait outside, I was told to sit in my car and she will call me as I was next outside in line, she said that she never told me that and I had to wait for the next group to called over an hour later. She even called me a liar .

We had an appointment for my mother-in-law, when my husband arrived with his mother, the nurse asked if the person who accompanied him was his Sugar mom (his girlfriend), my husband told him no, it was his mother, and why did she come to that conclusion? so unprofessional, my husband was very upset, the bathrooms a bit dirty although the attention was fast very unprofessionalism
