Huge shoutout to Dalton! We rented a car trailer to tow a car home from the mechanic shop but the shop wasn’t even open for us to use it. We came back to return the trailer and some employee kept telling us it would be an additional $200 when we didn’t even use it. Dalton was able to change our reservation to a new day and didn’t charge us a dime! We are so thankful for his help and for not charging us a crazy fee on top of what we already paid.

There are quite a few options. However, you better go in person and not rely on internet reservations because they are almost guaranteed to not have the size you reserve set up for a return from another customer that day.
