Hi Donna, thank you for your interest in Moosehaven! Just like any retirement community, there are costs for the services a resident receives. A resident must qualify financially to live in the New Life Brandon Place program at Moosehaven. If they do not qualify, there is the Moose Life program, which is earned through years of membership. At least 15 years membership is required to be considered for this program and, if approved, the fraternity will pay the balance of what the resident is unable to afford. It is a great opportunity! Yeah not sure either on cost but im pretty sure its a pretty penny i just helped with a new building that was built out there so imnsure costs willnsoon be rising as well gotta pay fornthat work but very nice place all the older folks staying there seem welk taking care of and plenty happy

Moosehaven is available to members of the Loyal Order of Moose who have 15 years of continuous membership and are 65 years of age or older.
