my husband is a moose member, new, just signed up in 2018, he is disabled collecting social security disability, i am presently unemployed may face homelessness soon do we have option to live there if in dire straits by mid april? and how much rent

Hi Donna, thank you for your interest in Moosehaven! Just like any retirement community, there are costs for the services a resident receives. A resident must qualify financially to live in the New Life Brandon Place program at Moosehaven. If they do not qualify, there is the Moose Life program, which is earned through years of membership. At least 15 years membership is required to be considered for this program and, if approved, the fraternity will pay the balance of what the resident is unable to afford. It is a great opportunity! You have to be a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose for 15 years to enter the 15 Life Program, with no financial requirement, or to enter independently, you have to be WEALTHY.... there’s nothing for the middle class or low income who want to be independent.
