I want to begin and say, this place is hands down the best facility. Every single person that works there embodies what their facility stands for by putting the needs of their patients and their families first. They are genuinely there to help out in anyway they can. When I was inquiring about this place, I was having a hard time finding out whether I needed to find an assistive living or a skilled facility to place my grandma. My first contact with Amber put my worries at ease. She got me in contact with Kim, the nursing director. Between Amber and Kim, they helped me find out what my grandma really needed. Without hesitation or thinking if my grandma fit their criteria, Kim went out and evaluated my grandma. From the beginning, each of them did not see my grandma and I as another number. They went above and beyond to help me find a place for my grandma. Through their actions, I knew my 98 year old grandma will be in good hands. I have seen my grandma grow stronger each day and happier since moving there. I applaud each of the nurses and aids that keep her entertained and busy each day. I haven't seen her this active in a while. This place is an asset to this community.

I cannot say enough about Palagio and their staff. They have taken excellent care of my grandparents during their stay. The loving and compassionate care the staff provided gave us the peace of mind when we could not be with them. The staff treated my grandparents as if they were their own family members and we could not have asked for better care. Thank you Palagio for going above and beyond caring for them.

Palagio in Orange Park has been a blessing to our family, my parents receive wonderful care, the staff are compassionate and respectful. The tender loving care is the highlight of the day for the residents in Memory Care, my parents feel loved and are comfortable in their apartment and enjoy the daily activities. Palagio gives the family a peace of mind that we had not experienced before, I highly recommend them for your loved one. I give them a 5 star rating, but a 10 star is more fitting for Palagio ❤

I could not say enough about the staff here. They are very compassionate and made my grandparents feel safe and loved during their final 6 months. During my grandparents final days of a 70 year marriage the staff was very understanding of our need to be there with them. From being there during my grandmother's passing to consoling my grandfather to his passing 10 days later. We are very grateful for all they did.
