Having an addition built on to the back of our house for a hot tub and was trying to purchase one ASAP. The salesman/manager (Mark) at this location told us he had some in stock and could deliver within four weeks. He intentionally delayed the process and never came through with any of his promises. Ended up finding out that he was delaying delivery of sold units to keep them as displays. Im assuming he is doing this because he lied about having stock. He conducts business like an used car salesman.

Have not received the pool/spa yet. Our sales person, Dustin, is terrific! Communications after the sale, which is not handled by Dustin, are non-existent. We were told when we bought the spa that it would take approximately 10 to 12 weeks to receive it. After 10 weeks I have reached out to ask if they had an update on the spa. No one bothered to respond in any form, i.e. text, e-mail, phone. Only after phoning again and letting the person know that I should not be sent to an answering machine that I got an update. The spa is now expected to be delivered in December. Considering the current times, the delay is understandable. No update or even a return message is much more difficult to understand.

They vary with plan and size of pool, but start at 140.83 per month. Just call the office and we will send our Maintenance Department Manager out to give you a quote!
