I have been using Orange Park Eye on Blanding for over 6 years. My favorite tech (spanish Jackie) left and I decided to use the location on Park. The doctor I saw in December was thorough and did an excellent job and Jackie, the check out person, was extremely polite and very helpful. That's the good. I returned today for a scheduled "glasses appointment". The girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and acted as if I was bothering her. No one helped me select frames (I'm blind without them, and legally blind in one eye) or talked to me about pricing for my lenses. I drove from Arlington and took time off work so my patience was wearing thin. I spoke to Jackie again who retrieved a Manager that was very professional and helpful and offered to personally assist me, however, by this point I was angry and anxiety ridden so I had to leave before I made a $400 bad decision. Not sure if I'll return for their services. I know that times are hard and people are doing their best but, a customer should be acknowledged and assisted.

Over an hour after scheduled appointment to get into exam room and begin waiting for doctor. Not the place for anyone with any kind of schedule. Seems to correlate with other negative reviews.
