Without an established primary care doctor upon our recent move to Ocala, we were referred by a neighbor to go to your facility for our COVID testing and care. We were treated with such care and kindness, we were surprised. The APRN Elaine was fabulous and took time with both me and my husband, listening to us as we explained our COVID issues and she shared so much knowledge and offered so much help and recommendations with kindness. We really felt seen for the first time in a medical situation in years. We felt calmer and in good hands when we left. Thank you.

My husband and I were confused on checking in at 12:30 then told to come back after 3. But it worked out. Everyone was nice and the provider Elaine was very nice to work with.

Friendly, convenient & professional walk in. Confusing to enter the parking lot next to Dunkin. When I walked in at noon, the computer showed appt will be at 2:30. When I asked if I should come back, receptionist said no, only 3 people in front of you. (Fix the computer) 1 full hour wait, however, was kind of long for me. Dr was very friendly, thorough and gave a complete, understandable diagnosis & prescription. Glad they’re there.
