Front desk staff is terribly rude

Omg unreal... Went here with my wife so she could have a test done. We showed up and checked in at 11.50 am on 8/19/2022, 12.40 pm rolls around, and still sitting waiting an my Mrs asked when she'll be seen as she still has work to get back to, but, the front desk staff said oh well the doc has left for lunch until 1.30 pm so sometime afterward... Wth seriously... My wife walked out... Not at any point did the front desk staff so oh you showed up now but... They said nothing! Completely oblivious... The place is a joke and I'll go elsewhere before coming back to this one, maybe go to the LabCorp in Dunnellon location near swampys or Ocala LabCorp. Other people may have had a better experience but this was unfortunately ours.

staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. Very professional. In and out quickly, they really put the competition to shame. And I didnt have to do their administrative work like at Quest.

If I could give zero stars I would. My Physician sent the requisition online to the lab, the rude lady didn’t even care to check on the system, looked at some papers and said that it wasn’t there and that I would have to print it, while they had a PRINTER RIGHT ON MY FACE. I fasted for nothing and wasted my time, extremely upseting!!!!!!
