Have been a tenant for the past 5 yrs. I have never had any issues with my boat & motorhome. Nice covered storage also ice machine,dump station fenced in with security cameras.

Just moved in last month. I live in Palm Beach Gardens about three hours south and didn't like where I was at and have no plans of using it down here. Upon arriving, I met the manager who was delightful and very helpful. The place is clean as was the restroom and there is no charge to clean the RV or to fill the tires both which was badly needed and shaded.. It was not hard to back it in (it is hitched) and I'm still on the learning curve with that (no pull throughs which concerned me). If I had perhaps 35', it might have been since my still level is not good. There are a lot of security cameras there which I love. I also like that it is within 25 minutes to both Silver Spring State Park and Rainbow State park so if I wanted to stay at either, I don't have to pull the RV far at all.

So glad I found this place. Wow. This may be the coolest storage facility in my experience. So professional and competent! Place is well kept. Lady who checked me in so helpful, and she has a nice dog.

This is our second time using this storage facility for our trailer and we love it. Good security measures in place. Well maintained and good communication. We highly recommend it.
