I have nothing bad to say yes resident's are upset I rather not be in the middle of it. I will say that a year ago I was living in my car and I moved to the motel at saving mercy and then I think 6-8 months later they moved me into one of there RV's. I like it here I wish they weren't going to close next year because I for one have no where else to go wish we had a little more time. Pay your rent you'll be good. I do know for a fact with like 3 families it was time to pay there rent and the office refused to take it. That's how the evictions get started I don't know what they did to office staff to make them refuse their rent like I said at beginning I don't want to be in the middle of it. I have became close to a lot of people in this park a few months ago if you asked me if I liked everyone in the park I would have said heck no. But now that the trouble makers are gone It's quieter and I get a long with every one.

Few tenants not following rules getting evicted. Not people getting evicted for nothing. Fallow the rules. Watch your kids, watch your pets. Don't have people staying with you who are not supposed to be here. Pretty simple actaully.

Playing room with the absolute Basic Essentials that you need to survive comes with refrigerator microwave all the Linens very clean rooms maintenance on site social worker on site.. on my way up I came here a year ago from a bad situation and have bettered my life daily With all of the support I needed to better my life they will help you with food financial planning on getting a home very friendly staff

Do you think they actually know just what kind of demon they hired to be the CEO? This is what happens when the devil gets some power innocent people suffer..... but always loses in the end! I wonder how someone on probation, or parole I should say, for embezzlement and fraud..... become the supposed CEO?? YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE
The motel is for the homless. They do own a couple campers. The rest in the rv park are normal customers. They have given us more then a years notice as to when we would be required to leave. We're I'd you get the hefty salary garbage? It takes money to run a rv park. This one is quite cheap to live at compared to others. Please get the whole story before making accusations. There is no after hours maintenence. If people would fallow rules and normal respect. Keep kids of others rentals. Don't let them play and destroy bathrooms. We're all required to get post office boxes. That's were you get meds shipped.
Tell that to the permanent residents that were here before they decided to change it.... well let's see that's right they are getting evicted for absurd reasons ..... Ms. Joyce bought a new trailer with handicapped accessories all over for her, and Stacey said no if you switch them I'll call them and have them stop the delivery..... she literally has no power to do that BTW and then decided to evict her any way..... what in the hell is that??? That's wrong just wrong
