Went to Pagoda for earing piercing... I have always gone there because the girls at the counter are super nice and very helpful. I decided to upgrade my earrings because it was time. My interaction with the counter supervisor was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with especially concerning jewelry. It almost felt like she looked at me and thought I wasn't buying any where so why bother . The sales person that helped was super sweet. Nine months pregnant with a smile on her face the whole time and I could tell that she felt bad for me. I love there jewelry and it's reasonably priced my whole family goes there. We won't now. Terrible attitude . Never judge any one by their color of their skin. You are going to lose alot customers and money.

Had no issues with the store but disappointed with the credit card. They decreased my credit limit because my credit score dropped. I have no late or missed payments. Credit utilization under 50 percent. I’ve never had a credit card company do this to me. So for that reason I wouldn’t recommend!

Stopped in and got a chain also a charm for it and both my ears pierced and everything went smoothly so I wanted to say thank you for all y'all do !

Came to this location today to return an exchange that was done the previous day. The associate informed me that I could only exchange an exchange. I replied by saying, “I wasn’t aware of that, is this on the receipt”. Another associate walked up during this time, rolled her eyes and huffed while taking the receipt and approached the computer. Issued the refund with a very abrasive demeanor, reprinted my original receipt and threw away my original. I’m not sure why. I don’t think by requesting a refund warranted this treatment. Moral of the story, I won’t be returning. Be kind
