So after waiting there for 2 hours, checking in twice and placing my kids on standby twice my kids were unable to be seen. While waiting, one other person said they had an appt the day before and wad unable to be see, went back today and was still unable to be seen. Another lady was unable to drop off her sample bc every time she checked in, her name would disappear from the digital list. She was unable to return her sample. This is ridiculous. Clearly it doesn't matter if you have an appt or not. The outcome is the same, you MAY or MAY NOT be seen.

Appointment was scheduled using their automated system over the phone but when you arrive there’s no record of the appointment. Even though you’re given a confirmation number it’s useless. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Supervisor doesn’t even come out to address customer complaints. Will never go back to this or and other Quest Diagnostics facility.
