Yes, they rent tools, not 100 percent sure about small jack hammers. Check with your local Home Depot. :)
The Lincoln Home Depot does not rent tools. They have a ranch supply area instead. They do have truck rental, however. The closest Home Depot that does rent tools is the Stanford Ranch store in Roseville.
