My husband and I lived in Barrington for about 2 and a half years. We have no complains about the apartment or outside area. George, the maintenance guy was very nice and always walking to help. Diane was a great manager and helped us a lot while we were there and during the process to leave. We just left for job relocation. I absolutely recommend this place.

I relocated from out of town and it was very stressful but I leased sight unseen. Diane was professional, nice and help to make the transition smooth. I am in the industry and I know the business can be hectic but Diane made sure to follow up and make sure moving was as stress free as possible. The maintenance man Jorge is also the best, whenever I have needed anything he has helped. I love the location close to everything. The pool is also nice. I love my cute apartment, it was clean and top notch when I moved in. Thanks to the staff for all they do!!!!

Decent apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores are in close proximity. It is a quiet area for the most part, but the walls are pretty thin and we can easily hear our upstairs neighbors. The units are fairly small though compared to other apts I have lived in as they do seem a little overpriced compared to bigger apartments in area for the amount of square footage. Most of the apartments have been upgraded which is a plus with newer appliances so I guess that is the reason for the price hike on them. Parking is good as everyone is assigned one space but there is plenty of parking behind them. Some things they need to work on is maintenance...most of the time it can take 1 to 2 weeks for them to fix anything and when they do come, there is no notice beforehand...please let your tenants know by a notice left on the door that someone is coming 24 hours before or give them a call. Most complexes at least give a 24 hour notice when someone is coming . The staff and maintenance guys are really nice people though. Never been to pool area so can't really speak on that but they do not have workout room. Also please be aware renters insurance is required when staying here.

I have had nothing but issues since moving in which is completely unacceptable. On moving day the apartment was flithy. Nails and screw on the carpet, wallpaper peeling in all bathrooms, kitchen wall wasn't painted, closet doors had mold, wall had a huge dent, and there was dust covering everything. I had to call multiple times to have stuff fixed. Less than one week living there the garbage disposal broke and flooded the kitchen floor. 2 weeks after that AC broke "emergency maintenance " was called all night, total of 18 calls, with no response had to wait until the office opened the next morning to tell someone, the tempeurture was 88° inside the apt. Less than 10 hours later AC broke again!!! And "emergency maintenance " once again never responded!! I am currently without AC! Absolutely ridiculous! They should never have released this apartment, renovations were rushed and sloppy! Poor quality control! I need someone to contact me regarding this as soon as possible!!
