The new management is wonderful and Carlos and K'mora have brought a brand new professional look and feel to the office overall which is wonderful! Since my last visit many months ago all the equipment is brand new and the office looks GREAT!! Way to Go Carlos!! Martha did my first deep cleaning and she made sure that not only was there no pain at all during the entire process. She was very careful and meticulous ensuring that all the deep gum areas were completely cleaned out and finishing the treatment with the deep pockets given antibiotics to ensure no infections would happen. The whole right side of my gum line feels so smooth and clean right now and I am excited to be going back next week to finish the left side. she also made sure that I left with a bottle of antiseptic mouthwash, floss and a toothbrush and toothpaste. I have not seen this type of after care in a long time and it is refreshing to see a dentists office where they go the extra mile to ensure each patient is cared for properly. I would highly recommend that you give this team a try as you will not be disappointed! Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Worse dentists that I have ever been in. Doctor was not gentle for any of my procedures and my guess is that he was trying to save on supplies because he didn't use enough anesthesia in my extraction and I felt EVERYTHING! To this day I still remember the pain

I went to this practice up until 2 years ago. My last visit I was told I had periodontal disease and a cavity that was in such a hard to reach place that I would need to just get a crown. They refused to do a regular cleaning stating that my insurance would only cover a deep cleaning since I had "periodontal disease". My insurance did not cover crowns and there was an additional copay for the deep cleaning. Fast forward two years. I have since found another dentist. He did x-rays and found NO cavities and NO periodontal disease!!! He did a regular cleaning and said my teeth and gums were in great shape! And this is over 2 years after the Smile visit. These people are scam artists.

Please be very careful when going to this clinic. My wife went in for some cosmetic work and was left with horrible results and unfinished mouth by Hoephren. She paid the full amount of $10,000 and then told she is dismissed as a patient and was left to figure it out. She had to find a new dentist to fix the mess Hoephren left her with and now we have to pay another $10,000 in fixing. The emotional stress she has been under effected her and our family deeply. I hope no one ever has to go through what my wife went through. Beware of scamming and poor unprofessional work.
