Been shopping here well over 35 yrs, back when we needed to wear suits for work. However, customer service screwed up 2 orders in one week, and of course, everything is sold out. I'm not happy about that one bit! Quality of clothing is excellent (in most cases), more expensive than your Macys/Dillard's, but quality/style does not compare. The old adage "you get what you pay for", has merit.

I was at this store on Yesterday. I had an emergency my Born Shoe came apart when I stopped at McDonalds to use The ladies room. My shoe broke as I was leaving. I was about 30 minutes from my home and was on my way to an appointment. I quickly remembered there was a atiende mart in the area. When I turned into the mall Stienmark was no longer there. Then I saw the Talbots. I walked in and Laura came to my rescue. She immediately showed me what shoes she had I picked out a cute pair of flats. She was very helpful!!
