I did not have a great experience with one of the drivers. My partner and I are visiting for a vacation, and we used the trolley to get to Clearwater beach and back to downtown. We were told by the bus station employees to download the flamingo app and load some money to use. I would just need one app/card for the both of us. She said I would just need to scan it twice and trolly drivers said I would just need to wait 2 minutes. Then one driver said the complete opposite and that my partner needed his own card. I already charged my card and she wouldn’t give me a refund so I lost money on that. And she wouldn’t let him download the app to quickly scan it. We had to get off. She said other drivers do it differently, and I would have had him get his own card if I just knew. I really don’t mind following instructions but I was told different things, and she made me feel like it was my fault. This driver was so rude and not understanding. We were just trying to get home, and she just wouldn’t work with us. She made me feel like I was lying to her.

We hired the Jolley Trolley for our wedding with almost all out of town guests so wanted to give them a reliable and safe way to get from the hotel to the venue and back. Benny was our driver and he knocked it out of the park. He was very professional and prepared, was very kind to guests and everyone raved about the experience they had on the trolley. Benny called me a few days before to go over everything and he had done the venue before so he had it down pat. I can't say enough good things about the Jolley Trolley team and Benny specifically. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I rented the Jolley Trolleys for my wedding last weekend. The next day I heard from over a dozen guests about how rude the driver was. How he told multiple guests that if he didn’t end on time I would owe him 55 dollars cash. These comments started at 10pm when the contract went until 1am, so I am not sure why 3 hours before he was done he was already complaining about going over time. Then the driver proceeded to text my cell phone at midnight to tell me if he goes over I have to pay 55 cash. If you knew the fee I paid for the trolley this 55$ over fee was no big deal and actually was already addressed and understood in the contract. Why would you text someone at 12 on their own wedding night….. I am more disappointed in how he treated my wedding guests. I also attempted to call the company and discuss my feedback privately with the management but did not receive any call back.

What an amazing experience with Jolley Trolley! We were able to work with them from Michigan for our wedding reception. Things went crazy on the day of our wedding due to wind so our ceremony location got changed and thankfully the Tandi at Jolley Trolley was able to change up our whole plan and was able to take all of my guests to the ceremony and back to the reception. Highly recommend for private trips!

No. Only run Beach run. & Coastal routes from Clearwater to Tarpon Sponge Docks...
Yes! The main route is Alt 19 or Pinellas Ave. It leaves the Sponge Dock at the top of the hour every hour and goes all the way to Clearwater Beach.
The trolley has, in the past, done free Park n Ride during spring break from Downtown Clearwater to Clearwater Beach.
CASH only, exact change. Depends on age for pricing, check the web, max is $5 all day pp.

During summer time they charge around $5 at the Sponge Docks. Free as far I know is the Splash Water Park (short walk).
Actually i got on the trolley just north of park blvd. In indian shores. Went all the way to pier60.
The Jolley Trolley ends in Sand Key but you can transfer to PSTA with your ticket and take it south to Treasure Island.
Download the app, it tracks the trolleys for you so you know whether or not they are delayed by traffic.
Trolleys run all over Clearwater. You're better off calling.
No..I wish! Not even to Indian Rocks..
Because of covid , it is free right now, otherwise normally 5 dollars.

The Jolley Trolley only goes as far south as Sand Keys. However you can ride from Tarpon Springs to Clearwater and catch a PSTA Suncoast Trolley that will take you the rest of the way to St. Pete along the coastline...it is a very beautiful ride and you can stop anywhere you like along the way!

I am sorry to say, we do not. However I think PSTA has a connector bus that comes through Dunedin. Check online with PSTA.com for more information.
I am sorry to say our Jolley Trolley does not go as far south as Indian Rocks beach however you can catch the PSTA Suncoast Trolley and that will take you to Clearwater Beach. If you wish to go further north the Jolley Trolley is available to take you as far north as Tarpon Springs.

Not the trolley but with your daily pass I took the bus all the way to John's Pass. It was quick and pretty painless.. the trolley driver stops at the bus stop. I think it runs every half hour but it seems like 10 to 15 mins even in the rain. I never even saw a red trolley cross to SAND KEY , but I don't live there and SELDOM take public transportation
