Went and were actually seated right away. This was the end of the good news though. Our waitress was polite but the food took FOREVER to come out and when it did one of our orders were wrong. The waitress tried to convince us this was what we ordered. Seriously?! I think we know what food we ordered. Never offered an apology and it took even longer to get the replacement order. The manager offered nothing but excuses when all we needed was an apology and maybe an expedited order. Afterwards our waitress seemed scared to come to our table. She needed to be flagged down for anything we needed. Not sure if this is the new normal at Chili's but you can bet we won't be back to the Hemet location.

I have never done a food review before, I don’t think. But here I go. I used to really love this Chili’s. The ladies were always soo sweet and the food was always delicious. I was extremely disappointed this weekend. Not only was my quesadilla burnt(what decent human being would give someone that to eat? The cook saw it!) but the portion sizes were all wrong as well. Some items it was way too much, some were way too little. I called in and was offered a replacement or refund for whatever I wanted by one of the sweet young ladies. Upon arrival, she was gone and a guy who couldn’t care any less about anything in life was behind the counter. He had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in person in a while. Even to the point to where he thanked me when I told him he had horrible customer service…

I called very nicely to speak with the manager Judy Brooks. I mentioned how I regret asking for a refund but my food was not tolerable to eat. I have never in my life spoke to someone who was beyond rude. I have been calling corporate for two days now and it is not easy to get through the online process brinker.com. This woman is in the wrong business to manage a restaurant. I have a business of my own and so many of my clients mentioned that Chili’s had another 9 workers who quit because of bad management. I continue to come because I love the 3 for $10. Little did I know I was going to have a horrible encounter with the same rude person. Seriously, she is a horrible asset to your company. Please bring back your your kindness of a good reputation in Hemet. Thank you!
