Terrible! We turned in our water tower because we were moving and they said we didn't. They continued to charge us for water that we didn't receive. They will not close our account and continue to give us late charges and are now threatening credit. I have called and no help. I am just writing a check so we don't go to credit. I would NOT do business with this company. Do yourself a favor and buy a tower on Amazon and get water from the grocery store. Castle Rock, CO.

Had service with Deep Rock water for six years. Billing is always out of whack. I finished with 13 bottles and returned their water machine. They are saying I can only get credit for six. They owe me money. See the image attach below or above or wherever it’s gonna post that was my last transaction that’s what they took away that I returned.

By far the most INCOMPETENT group of people I have ever worked with. HORRIBLE company! Customer service is non-existent. You have to call numerous times to get them to do a simple task. If I could give no stars I would, but the system won't allow it. Maybe the only smart thing they have done. Absolutely the worst!

Try utilizing a locally family owned bottled water company like "Rocky Mountain Bottled Water" down in the front range or "Rocky Mtn Drinking Water" in the mountain's or western slope. They appreciate your business so much that they'll even give you their personal cell phone number or a local office number for any future off schedule deliver or orders.
