Very bad track unloading. Came to the opening at 7 AM. Here, first, local trucks are loaded, only then they are put in for unloading. I have been standing here for 4 hours and have not started unloading yet.

I’ve never waited so long in my life for a will call. Will call usually means that it is ready for pickup. There was no one at will call counter when I got there. It took 10 minutes for someone to find the person. They don’t take a credit card without having to do a bunch of paperwork and the process is slow. So since it took a minute to do the paperwork to pay for the stuff, homeboy took lunch break. I waited over an hour to get my will call. There are 50 plus cars in the parking lot. Where is all of the help. The only reason I gave them a single star is because they don’t have zero or negative star ratings
