These apartments are the worst place ever, so in almost 6 years of living there. I had some of the worst property managements, and there are nasty residents who have nothing better to do run to the current resident manager then tattle tell.

My dad had an apartment there, a one bedroom with a common kitchen. He was able to get reduced rent.

They do great things here for people in need.

It's very affordable and they're very nice people they take care of the premises real well and try to accommodate people the best that they can great place to live but not the greatest neighborhood

Are they all studio,1&2 bedrooms or are some of them "quad" style that are shared common areas? Also are they rented furnished?
