The gym itself is big and clean, there is no sauna which is kind of a let down because a lot of the other branches do have one. My main issue was with the kids club. Most of the young employees were very friendly and reassuring. There is however one older woman who is very rude and very standoffish. She did not say hello when walking in nor did she ask the name of my children I had to be the one to ask if she wanted to know so they could be checked in. Just no customer service skills at all. I asked my kids if she was nice and my oldest informed me she was not and yelled at my 1 year old . I don’t understand why someone would apply to work at a position that’s fully based around children and not seem to like them very much .I do not feel comfortable leaving my children with her. Therefore I’m going to go ahead and cancel. And being able to have a gym that watches my children is very important to me and I’m willing to pay the price for it but I’m not willing to risk my peace of mind that my children aren’t safe and well taken care of.

I just join this gym and I love it. The best gym in Lakeland. They have EVERYTHING you need for a great workout. Staff is friendly and best of all this gym is spotless. I also love that the treadmills have little fans on them. I been to so many gyms in my life time and this one is the best so far.
