I signed up at this gym for the multi-location membership. I’m in the military so I travel back and forth between CA and FL often. I specifically asked if I would be able to visit both gyms with no issue. I was told it would be no problem by the front desk employee. Get back to CA and they said they do not participate in that program and I would need to pay for an additional membership. Tried to cancel my Lakeland membership over the phone. They refused and told me I can only cancel in person or via mail. Seriously? This greedy practice is specifically designed to inconvenience customers and take more of members’ money. Especially when things are outside of their control. Will never aattend a Crunch fitness again

Crystal was so helpful in getting me started and the facilities are so nice here! Definitely search her out and say hello, she’s such a lovely, kind person! The staff is overall professional, friendly, and helpful.

Never had a problem with this gym expect for today:( I came in to cancel my membership and was met with incredible rudeness from John. I overheard him tell somebody he was the general manager, it’s unfortunate how unfriendly he is. He took a phone call in the middle of helping me and would not acknowledge me speaking to him, I’m not sure why he wouldn’t wait until he was done with me to then help someone else. He doesn’t inform me that I’m going to get charged again until after I signed, and then can’t even walk a paper to me over the counter where I’m at, he literally waved me down to come around the working area and grab the paper from him because he didn’t want to get off the phone with somebody. Not a good experience and makes not ever want reinstate my membership. Thanks John!

I like coming because there’s a variety of machines that work out various muscles in ur body and plus they have multiple of the same machines so if one is being used u can use the other.
