The salesperson that came to my house was great. I just happened to be looking for a service for pests and their deal was much better than what I was looking into. They treated my house, plants, and turf. As a landscaper myself I see their service as extremely well valued. They explained to they use and how it works. They came The next day (less then 12 hours for my first service). The tech was awesome. They have unbelievably great communication skills. I gave the incorrect email and the tech and sales person texted me and it was straightened out right away.

Some of the most unprofessional sales people I've ever encountered. They claim they're big in the area and point out the truck parked nearby to support that they are working in the area. Claim they're signing up my neighbors for a group discount but a dozen of us are talking on Nextdoor and we have yet to find someone with active service. They completely disregard the No Soliciting sign they have to walk past to get to my door and when called on it they pivot and try to sell me again. One even tried to claim my neighbor had service and I should to lest all their bugs come to by house. Do better Aptive.

Had one of their salespeople show up to the house. He ignored our "Beware of Dog" sign and let himself through the gate. The dogs were in the yard and cornered him on the porch, barking to alert us there was an intruder. I was able to get out there and control the dogs for him to leave, but even while I'm telling him to get out because the dogs might attack him, he refused to move and started his sales pitch! I had to yell at him to get out, and then he stood just outside the gate trying to pitch to us. Are you kidding? Not only did his poor judgment put him at risk, if the dogs *had* attacked him, they might have been required to be put down even though it was completely his fault. "I wouldn't have reported you," he said. Yeah right dude, I'm pretty sure they would have figured it out at the hospital when you show up with bite marks. Never will I give this company a single cent, recommend you don't either. Don't reward this kind of pathological-level hard selling.

I had the pleasure of meeting Spencer here in Cedar Hills and let me tell you; he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and and excellent listener. I look forward to working with the team. I encourage you to listen to what they have to offer even if you have no intention in buying. Its a grind, show them some courtesy and listen. Keep up the hard work Spencer & Kevin. Sincerely, Satisfied Customer
