I have used Payne in the past and been satisfied. This time, not so much. I've found a new service who installed my new unit and will do my repairs when needed.

Called Payne AC this morning and Greg Wilson was at my door shortly after I called. Greg quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He was very professional and detailed the issue and what repairs were needed. I highly recommend using this company for any AC repairs.

Hi Anthony, are you located in the Polk County area? If so, I suggest calling Sid or Todd at Polk Air Filter Sales 863-688-4436. If they don't have this in stock they will be able to order it for you. Thanks! Frank

I have a 3-ton PAYNE A/C unit that was only installed late 2017. It has stopped blowing cold air. A city inspection that was at my house thought it was probably a lack of Freon. Why would such a new unit already need Freon? Thank you.

Freon doesn't deplete so only reason to be low would be a leak. That being said there are many more factors at hand. It's always better to call the pros. Give Payne a call and I'm sure a service tech would be out promptly and properly diagnose the issue.
