Very Friendly staff, kennels were clean. Adopted an adorable puppy. The adoption fee was very reasonably compared to other places we looked. Second time adopting from them💞

The staff at the Bedford County Humane Society is so friendly, helpful, and warm. My family and I have adopted many beloved animals (fuzzy family members) over the years from BCHS. The staff are are always great to deal with in both …

Won't go there again for staff being rude(front desk) having a dog there that gets aggressive. I had my 18 month with us and did not like being blamed for staring at a dog I pet, then when I look away the dog gets aggressive. Thank goodness the counter was between us. Not recommending anyone bring children here. Very disappointed.

Difficult to get in to see the cats with the appointment thing but that's understandable with everything going on in the world! Very friendly and helpful staff! They really care for the animals there and made the adoption process easy for our 2 new fur-babies!

I believe they neuter/spay all breeds. On the outside of their kennels they usually have a pretty good description of their temperament.
You can try placing it on the local yard sale sites. There are several of them online.
It depends on the age of the dpg younger is usually more and older less
The best thing to do is to call them I was only there once to look at a particular dog it's a beautiful facility but I don't know what they offer
Call the police. The humane society there is nothing else you can do. Check for shade that can be gotten to and fresh water
The dogs have individal units that lead outside were they can go play a d potty
Did call police. Got the run around. I was told this is not the first time there was a report. He went through the 8 hr law that they can be tied That's fine, but the heat we had and they are tied more than 8hrs. They are out in the thunderstorms and I can hear them whining because they're scared
I don't think that they do.
Yes they will take them. Just make sure he has their current shot records etc that are up to date that would be very helpful for them!
Just awesome dogs and cats, currently.
I dont make those decisions directly, but I made a call to the shelter and left a message to check into it
Yes they did. Please call the Shelter.
You apparently are not on their site.
You will have to check with the humane society.
Call the humain society themselves and you will receive the correct answer
100.00.. But it is will worth it..
Are you kidding? You shouldn't have pets
I am sorry your dogs are missing. have you found them yet? if I lived in the area I would help search. dogs can be human too.😞
They are planning to open a low cost spay/Neuter clinic with the new location!
I would call them as I have no idea. Keeping you in our prayers that you will get her back.
You can call them and ask! Even better idea is to go there in person and meet all the dogs! You may find one you love who's not a German Shepherd!
depends if you found them or they are yours as in surrending them.
