Did call police. Got the run around. I was told this is not the first time there was a report. He went through the 8 hr law that they can be tied That's fine,but the heat we had and they are tied more than 8hrs. They are out in the thunderstorms and I can hear them whining because they're scared
Call the police and the humane group closed If there is no Risk to you you could take the animal BUT that's me i do not suguest that for everyone
