Do you neuter & spay animals because you have a lot if Pit bull/ mixes with all the donations you receive?Do they come with a bite history? Who is held responsible if there's an attack ?

I believe they neuter/spay all breeds. On the outside of their kennels they usually have a pretty good description of their temperament.
