Great place to live! The staff is very responsive, professional,and friendly. The property is beautifully landscaped with 4 ponds, and walking trails around each of the ponds. It has great amenities and is very pet friendly. It’s a quiet and peaceful community.

Leasing office never replies to emails, and never returns phone calls. They add rules, even though these rules are not on the lease we signed. We also pay a pesticide fee, however you can still see fleas jumping out of the grass. We have put in multiple work orders regarding appliances within our apartment, and they were never resolved. I hope you like stubbing your toe because none of the bedrooms have lights installed in the bedrooms. Update: I went to the Leasing Office to fix the issue of repetitive emails. I gave them my name and number, it’s been a few weeks and I still have yet to see any resolve, or even a phone call back. DO NOT STAY HERE. My needs are not being addressed here after letting the leasing office know countless times.

The complex is nicely maintained with very pretty grounds, pools, and nice walking trails. Great amenities. Valet trash right outside your door 5 days a week is nice, although there is a mandatory fee. The apartment was modern and nicely appointed. It would be a five star review except for the thin ceiling and being able to hear some heavy footsteps occasionally. Very happy with the location and convenience to shopping.

I have been living here for 2 yrs ! And I honestly feel like I’m in a air bnb luxury gated community.. I absolutely love it here . The apts are beautiful very well kept and maintained, the staff is always so loving and caring and always willing to go above and beyond for their tenants . I feel at times that some tenants unfortunately take that for granted . This community is always kept so clean, up to date and really feels good to come home each day and feel safe and secure . My son goes and rides his bike or plays in the pool. There is so much to do here . I know he would like for the tennis courts to be changed into a basketball court lol. I think it will definitely be used each day with the children here . When family visits the amount of feedback we get about how beautiful it is here is amazing. Makes me feel that we made the right choice 😁 The pools are always kept clean and sanitized the heater Pool and jacuzzi is truly a bonus and the slash well our grandkids love to come visit . I’m grateful to be apart of this community. Don’t let 1 ugly review determine your choice of moving here unfortunately they are just upset about something not getting there way. My family and I love it here 🙌🏼
