I just want to express my gratitude to all the office staff, Christina, Marta and all the maintenance staff. Whenever I needed something they were ready to help me!!. I lived for 5 years and never had problems of any kind. This is a wonderful place to live, close to everything, schools, supermarkets, gas stations, just 10 minutes from the beach !!!! The place is clean, the pool is very nice and the play area is very good. A highly recommended place to live!.

Despite any hateful reviews, let me speak for the good ones. Christina, Clark, and the other gentlemen are wonderful people who try their hardest to keep this property spotless and SAFE! I came from a bad neighborhood prior to moving here last year and let me say, this place is heaven compared to other apartment complexes. I come home late from work most days and not once have I felt unsafe. Christina is always on top of her game. She is stern, proactive, and responds to your requests in a timely fashion. The location is so nice and it’s not far from the college. I never regret coming home! Every now and then you’ll see trash on the concrete but it’s always picked up throughout the day (thanks to Clark) . It happens when you live in a large community. Not everyone is clean therefore, you kick them out. I love where I live and I’m thankful that Greystone makes it affordable for the good samaritans who want to live in a safe and clean environment. I would highly reccomend this place! Thank you for all you guys do! -Toni

Despite what everyone says about these apartments they are beautiful and well maintained. Never once have I had an issue with maintenance even when my apartment flooded. They have always been quick and resourceful to help in every way. The office staff is always welcoming and unbelievably friendly. Anyone looking for reasonable apartments I’ll always recommend Centre Court.

It is typical apartment life I guess. An occasional odor if weed when walking outside. Or maybe sometimes inside if a neighbor smokes it. I don't talk to too many neighbors and dont allow my kids outside. Law enforcement is in the complex fairly often however I am not sure as to the reasons so I dont worry about it. I do know people have gotten vehicles broken into but as with anywhere these days you want to be sure you secure your cars. There's a lot of rules for the pool however given how I have seen people behave there it is understandable. My family and I stopped using the pool area over 4 years ago because of it all. Up until a year ago I hadnt had any roach problems in my apt now we cant seem to get rid of them. Aside from it simply being disgusting, my daughter has allergies to roaches so it is very frustrating. Pest control comes quarterly which in my opinion is not enough. Having 12 families sharing 1 building theres bound to be a bug problem. I'm surprised they dont treat more frequently however if there is an issue in your apt tell the office and pest control will come treat. They bait more so than spray and seems they only treat the kitchen. I've lived here for years and I know there are worse places but since the roach issue sadly I have grown to hate my apt. The staff is friendly and the apartments themselves are nice. Note: I posted this review to clear up statements written in other reviews. Again I say when you share a building with 11 other families it only takes one person or family to affect the entire building. It isnt ideal but it is, "typical apartment life." The staff does what they can to resolve all reported issues.
