I definitely recommend Dr. Byung W. Chun if you are looking for a tubal reversal. The staff are so friendly and don't try to make you feel rushed in any communication (phone or face to face) you are having with them! Dr. Chun is very friendly and down to earth and really wants you to understand everything he is telling you. They are very prompt when it comes to keeping their schedule.

Horrible experience. Flew to California to get a tubal reversal done. Cost me over $6000 and between the doctors, staff and scheduler I had a horrible experience. Communication was very vague upon arrival and rushed. Recovery was horrible and full of complications and without support. No one at the office could offer any insight. My stomach is now deformed from where they placed the incision and closed. Months later now, we are unable to conceive and went to get an HSG exam, CT and other tests. Which resulted in us finding out that my tubal was never reversed. All the pain I went through, the money I spent, the emotional up and down, all for nothing. Not the damage they did with the fake procedure- caused so much damage- we don’t have the option to conceive naturally anymore. We are in a worse situation than before we dealt with this provider. DO NOT USE!! Huge mistake!

2 years ago I came here and got the surgery done. When I woke up the doctor told me that he was only able to reattach one of my tubes but I can still get pregnant. When the nurse came to give me my paperwork she said I can also get a partial refund since they were only able to do half the service. So when I tried to get my partial refund they have not yet responded to me and I still am not pregnant.

I got my surgery on June 2 2020. Everything went well based on the doctor.. I am just a little worried cause I still haven't been able to get pregnant!!! And I also has been trying to get my surgery report from. Them and no luck I called and no answer . So I don't knew what to think . I'm going to go to another doctor and get checked and see if everything is fine with me. You knew my husband really work hard and lots of overtime to make this surgery happen and for us not to see any results it's kind of sucks.. or you staff doesn't return. My calls.

I had mine done a year and half ago… I have not had any success.. nor do I feel like they did a thing to me. But cut me up and sew me back together all wrong. Chop shop! This place is the worst! Don’t bother calling after surgery … no one will answer you. I also feel there was insurance fraud. Any female that loves their body stay away from this man that cares nothing about it… also the waiting room was full of thank you cards for circumcision’s he performed.. take my advice your body will never be the same after he cuts you!

Do not go to this place. It is very unclean. I came from Colorado to have the surgery done. My appointment was scheduled for 11 a.m and wasn't seen until 430 p.m. I have had swelling in my left arm and in my feet. I have been running a fever. Can't get ahold of the dr to find out what is wrong. Unfortunately to get good service you have to pay 20000 or more. This place is cheap and not worth the health risk.
