I visited Dr. Kotler after having 3 Rhinoplasties by other surgeons that left me feeling frustrated and helpless. Prior to seeing Dr. Kotler I was more unhappy with my nose than I had ever been. It was too narrow on the bridge and I had divots and indentations that looked unnatural and unusual. I was devastated because at this point I had spent a fortune and wished for my old nose back. Imagine spending all this money and time recovering and wanting to go back to what you were born with. I chose an option that I didn't know was even available until finding Dr. Kotler's website. That option is a permanent filler using Silikon-1000. That means no surgery, no lifetime of getting flllers, no continuous risks associated with said fillers. Dr. Kotler has an amazing bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He allows you to point out areas that you don't like in addition to giving his professional opinion. It's basically painless and there is no recovery time. My nose now looks dramatically better. I always wanted an upturned nose and I have even achieved that look with Dr. Kotler. I highly recommend Dr. Kotler! He and his staff are pleasure.

I underwent primary rhinoplasty with Dr Kotler at the start of February and I couldn’t be happier. The staff, Mary and Dr Kotler were so friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had, Dr Kotler himself spent more than an hour with me during the consult being really thorough (in comparison to another well known surgeon in BH who spent probably 15 min with me). Day of the surgery was smooth, the nasal airways were a game changer for the recovery . As expected I still have some swelling but I’m so happy with the results already.

Dr. Kotler We could not have had a better outcome than we did with Dr. Kotler! He was the absolute perfect Doctor for our daughter. He is so talented, so experienced, so thorough, so kind & so caring & so patient! We love our daughter’s nose! Our daughter had rhinoplasty with a previous surgeon and was not satisfied with her results. Dr. Kotler and his staff are the absolute best in the business. Most of my family had been to Dr. Kotler for rhinoplasty and I was the "last" one to bite the bullet, and arguably the more "complex" case in our family (needing both septoplasty + cosmetic). I had heard about how fantastic he is for years and finally booked a consultation in spring 2021. My first conversation was done over FaceTime as I live in NYC, and he immediately put me at ease. Many doctors will rush through a visit, but Dr. Kotler is the opposite. You will be able to ask as many questions as you need to and he will give you his honest opinion every time. I was able to book an in-person consultation in LA on a trip home and then arranged my surgery date for June. Mary provided very clear instructions and ensured I was set with everything in advance. On the day of the surgery, there is absolutely nothing to be worried about as you'll be given the five star treatment from start to finish! Dr. Kotler checked in with me in the days following my surgery, and needless to say, the results are amazing! I was worried about the recovery, but honestly, did not feel any pain whatsoever... I was back to normal activities shortly thereafter and able to fly back to NYC roughly 10 days later. He is a true "artist" and your nose will turn out better than you expect. The best part is how natural it looks and he will make sure you are 100% happy with it as it heals. Dr. Kotler is kind, patient, and really cares about you as a person. He is conservative in his approach and will give you his honest opinion as to whether you are a good candidate or not, as he also has great non-surgical options if surgery isn't necessary. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Dr. Kotler!
