I rented this 840 for the Memorial Day weekend and fell in love with the car (and Sixt). Worked with a gentlemen whom I assume was the manager of the branch, he is extremely nice and professional. When I arrived the car was very well equipped, fully gassed, and cleaned for me. The car seemed well maintained and the damages that did exist were recored properly (my biggest fear when renting a car). But overall I felt the price I paid was fair for a 100k car and will 100% will use Sixt every chance I get in the future. insta: @Andrew_Haley_

We payed for a big car and they say it is in the order of arrival! But we payed that all and they say they will not refund! Oh my gosh I think I would NEVER borrow car here. It's not even worth giving 1.

Was told by the counter associate that I would be given a refund for returning the car early if I need to. Hence, I decided to return the car a day early. On the returning day, I was told again that my refund for the early return would be refunded back to my credit card a few days later. However, a few weeks past, I still did not receive a refund. Contacted the Sixt support and they highlighted their T&Cs that there is no such thing as a refund for early return. How can there be such misinformation provided by the counter associate!?

Very professional, kind, knowledgeable and practical people at the office. Supper happy with the experience of renting luxury SUV. Kids were so happy, so they came with me to return the SUV and personally thank the guys at the office!

Most renters just need to bring a valid Driver’s License and major credit card. If you’re paying with a debit card, two forms of government-issued ID must be presented along with two recent utility bills (if an in-state renter), or a round trip itinerary (if an out-of state renter). All drivers with a non-US driver's license must produce a valid passport at the time of rental. Driver's license printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an international driver's license. For driver's licenses from countries not part of the international driver's license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Please be aware that two forms of government-issued ID must be presented along with two recent utility bills (if an in-state renter), or a round trip itinerary (if an out-of state renter).
