Awful experience with these people. They wouldn't even offer a hotel voucher or a 10 gas card. Not only do they ask extremely intrusive questions but they laugh at your pain and don't offer any real resources. They are very bias and dishonest and every time you call, they have a new excuse as to why they can't help. These people are very unprofessional and I will never contact this place ever again.
