I can't say enough good things about Mavis Tire of East Norriton. They are friendly, fast and most importantly honest. I have taken my car there several times throughout the years and they will not try to sell you things that are not needed. Let's face it, most people bring their car in for service not knowing what is needed and many places take advantage of this trying to sell you services and repairs that are not needed. This is not the case at Mavis Tire of East Norriton. They inspect your car and rest assured they will only try to sell you what is needed on your car. The customer service there is also phenomenal. From the moment I walked into the place Josiah greeted me and went over the options that I had available. Once the car was in the shop, I got a call about half way through the repair explaining what was going, what was needed and approximately how long it would be until it would be ready. All of this can be attributed to how well the place is managed and you can thank Walt for this who is the manager. Walt has been at the East Norriton location for a while and does an amazing job there. In this day of constant short staffing and employee turnover it is great to see a familiar face each time you bring your car in. Walt takes a great interest in his shop, its employees and its customers and that shows in the great service that you receive here. When I picked the car up, Walt went over everything that was done and even pointed out areas that were not quite ready for service but could potentially be in the future. I truly appreciate everything Walt and his team did for me. Bottom line is Mavis East Norriton is a trustworthy place you can bring your car for service. Their friendly employees will take good care of you and won't break your bank. Thank you again Walt, Josiah and team!

The people are friendly. I had to wait for my repairs to be done. It took them 3 and a half hours to put on rear rotors, calipers, breaks, and do an oil change. Not bad at all. I like this Mavis Tires. They did let me know other things I may need soon. I like it that they check the car over. I drive a lot so safety is everything to me. Thank you.

Got my tires looked at after getting a new car because the tire light was on and Walt did every thing possible and as quickly as possibly to fix the problem 110% & reassure two ladies that just got in a bad crash due to tire problems that they are safe to be on the road again!
