Quick easy scheduling of appointment over smart phone took a couple minutes. Waiting area was equipped with plenty of seating at the time I was scheduled. Technician took me back and knocked it out in a very professional manner.

Terrible! You call for information, follow the prompt, then it hangs up on you. I can never get assistance via phone either through prompt or live person. Terrible customer service.
