I feel so bad for the poor girl at the front desk who is brand new. She was getting berated for everything and everything was blamed on her. The woman who I got for my fingerprinting was completely unprofessional and was yelling at me in front of everyone about being a walk-in. I was a walk-in after I had come in at 11:00 that morning and been told they do not accept walk-ins until 3:00 that day. So I came back at 3:00 that day and was told I could wait for the fingerprinting. But then when I got into the room the lady who was supposed to be fingerprinting me freaked out and said she was going to send me to another location because they don't do walk-ins and another woman had to come in and talk to her and I had to leave the room. I know if she's reading this she knows exactly who I am and that's completely fine. You need to leave customer service if that is how you are going to react under pressure. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. There were so many looks I got when I was sitting in there completely uncomfortable because of how this woman behaved because there were people in the building and this poor new receptionist took a walk in. That lady should be fired.

Despite the bad reviews, I had a great customer service experience! I had an appointment scheduled for TSA Pre-Check and was about 15 minutes late. I checked in right away and waited about 20 minutes. The workers were very fast and efficient. I recommend making an appointment here.

Awful experience. After making my appointment, I received an email with two different addresses as the location. I showed up to the first one- which was an empty building. I went to the second address listed in the confirmation email (this location), and the man at the front desk on Friday 7/15 at 1 PM did not recognize my appointment. After showing him the email with the store’s address clearly listed under “location,” he became increasingly annoyed. He was extremely unhelpful, gave me no direction, and rushed me out of the store. Kindness can go a long way- Do better.
