Th they were wonderful to me I had a bad experience at the suburban hospital the nurse accosted me so I went to patient first instead where I actually received some treatment patient first is excellent I'll be switching them to my main doctor from now on they do lab tests they do X-rays you walk in with no appointment it's like the old fashioned days before the big hospitals got too big for themselves please go to patient first never ever go to suburban hospital

I’ve been coming to this patient first for a few years now and the service has declined significantly. The people taking vitals are super rude and the wait times are ridiculous. I sat in a room so long (in a hospital gown) that the lights shut off.

The staff are very friendly and you will feel they care. When people are sick they need someone who shows compassion the staff in patient first I went have that. Thank you and God Bless
