The comments in the other reviews are accurate. I waiting 4 hours and still no one saw me or assisted. The nurses in the front didn’t do much but get my insurance info and tell me to wait. After 4 hours of waiting I asked if I can get an eta and they all just looked at me. I decided to leave since I don’t think I’ll be getting any help anytime soon. It’s sad if this is the norm in a country that take pride in being the best. It ER here is a joke. Might as well drive 30-45 mins to another hospital if you’ll be waiting 4 hours here. They need to do better or hire more doctors. I would have to say the waiting room didn’t have many people waiting. So idk what they need to do, but they need to change some of their systems

Went for stomach ache and made me wait 7-9 hours. Unsympathetic Robotic responses to questions regarding when will I get to see the doctor. Never going back here again. You are better off finding another better rated facility.

Ugh where do I start? I awoke at one am with chest, jaw and left arm pain. My husband drove me to the ER. There were around 12 people ahead of me. It was early Saturday morning 2:00am when we got there. They took an EKG and saw I wasn't having a major heart attack so they had me wait in the waiting room. By 7:30am not one person was taken back to see a doctor. My symptoms had subsided by then so I left. I'm calling my doctor in the morning to see if she got my results from an EKG and blood work. I will never go back there. Btw, I'm a 61 yr old woman. Covid isn't bad now so that can't be the issue. This is our " great " American healthcare system! I have great insurance they took. That was the fastest thing they did!
