Been living here for years. Past few months, it has been invested with mice in the entire apartment A building. Everyone is having issues but they don’t seem to be doing much about it. It’s gonna become a health department soon after we call and the other residents call as well. It’s not just our apartment; it’s majority of the entire building. Spoke to many others on the floor, same issue for MONTHS.

Overall I have enjoyed living at Timberlake. The price is a little high, but I believe its worth it. The neighbors are nice, the grounds are well maintained. They are in the middle of renovating, and I think the new look is very refreshing and modern. Mariangela, the property manager, does a great job with making sure things are good for the residents. I would recommend it!

In the building where are the emergency exits for handicap residents?

I lived there for 3 years and do not recollect any handicapped accessible emergency exits. A neighbor, who used a walker, was told to tie a white sheet to her balcony railing.

Exactly, how tolerant must a resident be when it comes to barking dogs? No one wants to open their door to a warning, "No! Don't open your door!". Unhappy with your animal policyl NOT being enforced! Do better!

Is that a question? I lived in Timberlake for 3 years, 2004-07, and never had any problem with dogs. They were SEEN but not HEARD. Perhaps you should address your complaint/question to Morgan Properties, since it sounds like a management issue.
